155 gm castor Sugar
300 gm cream cheese ,softened
5 eggs
180 gm. Ricotta.
125 gm. (1/2-cup thick plain yogurt) natural Greek.
Finally grated rind of 2 lemons.
Juice of 1 lemon
40 ml cognac
